The Main office is located in Ladysmith at the courthouse. Buildings are in Weyerhauser, Bruce, Ladysmith, SHeldon and Hawkins.

Mission

To provide housing for those that are low and no income at 30% of income minus medical expenses. All Ulitities paid. Tenants pay their phone and cable or dish tv. Stove and Refrigerator available. One and two bedroom apartments available at Sheldon, Hawkins, and Weyerhaueser.
