We are in the Village of Bruce, one block from downtown. Each apartment is furnished with a refrigerator and stove. We have handicapped accessible, one and two-bedroom apartments that utilities are included with access to coin-operated laundry facilities in our community building. Our two and three-bedroom family homes are furnished with a refrigerator and stove. Laundry hookup is setup in each of these homes. All apartments and homes have maintenance service provided. Each apartment or home has their own individual front and back entrance door.
In addition, our residents can shop locally at the Dollar General or visit the Blue Hills area as it is noted for its hunting, fishing, winter, and summer activities. Public transportation is provided by Rusk County Transit at a reasonable cost for many amenities in nearby Ladysmith including Marshfield Clinic, Rusk County Memorial Hospital, Prevea Ladysmith Health Center, a Walmart Super Center or Ladysmith Fresh Market.
